About Mia
With extensive experience in both performance and arts education, Mia Scarpa is a professional actress and singer based in New York City.
The granddaughter of prominent opera impresarios, Maestro Francesco and Hilda Riggio, Mia is trained in both classical and musical theatre styles by their protégé, Paul Elkin.

Her dance training is extensive and well-rounded. Although ballet is her first love, Mia has trained in all styles of dance. She is an experienced teacher of dance, yoga, vocal performance, and English.
